Resolved Question: hey! Help with foods I can and cant eat please??
Ive just been given antibiotics over the weekend to cure myself of reflux disease - which is an acid coming up out of the stomach and inflaming my vocal chords and oesophogas, which made it very hard for me to breath
He told me to avoid coffee/white bread and spicy foods - would anyone know anything that I should eat more of or avoid? Or in fact anything about this syndrome?

i battle with insomnia and acid reflux.what is best to eat at night when i get home after 8pm from a hard working day in a warehouse picking and packing. i do feel very hungry and do not want to eat a big meal as i go to bed before 9.30pm due to feeling totally knackered. i eat 3 to 4 different fruits during my brew breaks and drink v8 juice(a mixture of 5 veggies) for breakfast i eat toast and egg with coffee. or muesli, yogurt,and coffee or tea. at night i need to eat something light or none at all as i know to eat 3to 4 hours before bedtime is ideal....i get home at 8.15pm. i go to bed to sleep at 9pm-or 9.30pm. i wake at various times at night due to pains in arms, hands, shoulders due to picking and packing job that is hard work for a 55 yr old woman with menopause as well...i am not complaining. i just want to sleep better and eat healthy.
